Our Team at Potter Bulwark is comprised of business minded “master builders” who collaborate to evaluate unique situations from every angle. We then piece together an appropriate solution based on what resources owners already have.

Ben Potter, CEO:

Ben has a strong background in business finance, having received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from BYU-I. After graduating, he worked filing taxes and performing audits as a Staff and Senior Accountant. Ben then moved into Healthcare Management at Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic (YVFWC), where he worked for six and a half years, ending up as their Senior Director of Pharmacy Operations. While at YVFWC he obtained his master’s degree in Business Administration from Idaho State University. When the opportunity arose, Ben transitioned to work as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a network of healthcare clinics, ultimately bringing him to the Coeur d’Alene area as CFO of Heritage Health. In 2018 he opted to start his own consulting firm, confident that his business experience would be a valuable service to others. As CEO of Potter Bulwark, Ben has acted as a contracted CFO, Project Manager, Financial Analyst, and Tax Advisor to a variety of industries.

Andrew Potter, Project Manager:

Andrew has significant leadership and management experience in the government and non-profit sectors. In 2019, while working as the Human Resource Manager for the City of Selah, he completed his master’s degree in Public Administration. While in that capacity Andrew also served on the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce and then with their Downtown Association. In both capacities Andrew focused his efforts on projects that would directly benefit local businesses. His past workplace experience includes onboarding, benefit development, labor relations, risk management, grant management, and more. Andrew joined Potter Bulwark in 2020 as a Project Manager and Human Resource Consultant. His professional background broadens the services Potter Bulwark can offer to its clients.
